Brie Larson

BrieBrianne Sidonie Desaulniers, born October 1, 1989 was an American actress. Her roles in comedy supporting roles when she was a teenager was her specialty, however she has gone on to play in blockbuster films and independent films. Larson was awarded numerous awards which include an Academy Award. A Golden Globe Award. Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential people on the planet in 2019.At the age of six, Larson was the youngest student accepted into a training program at the American Conservatory Theater, and she began her acting career in 1998, with a sketch comedy show on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. She appeared as an integral character on the sitcom Raising Dad and briefly dabbled in a musical career and released the album Out of P.E. in 2005. Larson later played parts in comedy films Hoot (2006) as well as Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010), and 21 Jump Street (2012) and also appeared as an sardonic teenage in the television series United States of Tara (2009-2011).Her breakthrough came in the form of a lead role in the acclaimed independent drama Short Term 12 (2013) as well as continuing to play supporting roles in the romantic comedy The Spectacular Now (2013) as well as the comedy Trainwreck (2015). Larson was honored with the Academy Award for Best Actress for her part as a kidnapping victim of the dramatic Room (2015). The 2017 film adventure Kong, Skull Island was her first big-budget movie. Later, she was in Captain Marvel in Marvel Cinematic Universe (2019).
