Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. She was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. At the end 2009 she won several fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could get her college degree. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with the result. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. It is common to warm up first, followed by the actual workout. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
