Adelaide Clemens

Born and brought up in Brisbane Australia. The daughter of a British father. Clemens began working as a host on Australian TV while still at high school. She appeared in the role of Juliet on an episode of Blue Water High in 2006 and then starred in a role as Alison on The Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji children's program in 2007. Clemens played Harper on Love My Way, a Showtime drama that was released the same year. The role was so well-known that she was nominated for the Graham Kennedy Award at the Logie Awards 2008 for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens was a part of Dream Life (2008), the dramatic MTV Networks Australia film. It starred Sigrid Thornton Xavier, a character played by Linda Cropper Andrew McFarlane. The next the same year Clemens became the new model for Jan Logan jewelery. Clemens moved from California to Los Angeles in the year 2009. Clemens played the role as Xandrie (Wasted on the Young) in the movie Wasted on the Young. She also was on screen in The Great Gatsby, based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel with the same title. The role she played was Catherine, the sister to Myrtle Wilson (Isla Fisher). Clemens is a part of Rectify 2013, a 2013 television miniseries produced by Ray McKinnon. She plays Tawney Telbot.
