Adelaide Clemens
Born and brought up in Brisbane Australia. The daughter of a British father. Clemens began working as a host on Australian TV while still at high school. She appeared in the role of Juliet on an episode of Blue Water High in 2006 and then starred in a role as Alison on The Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji children's program in 2007. Clemens played Harper on Love My Way, a Showtime drama that was released the same year. The role was so well-known that she was nominated for the Graham Kennedy Award at the Logie Awards 2008 for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens was a part of Dream Life (2008), the dramatic MTV Networks Australia film. It starred Sigrid Thornton Xavier, a character played by Linda Cropper Andrew McFarlane. The next the same year Clemens became the new model for Jan Logan jewelery. Clemens moved from California to Los Angeles in the year 2009. Clemens played the role as Xandrie (Wasted on the Young) in the movie Wasted on the Young. Clemens co-starred with Gregg Sulkin in Camilla Dickinson along with Cary Elwes, Samantha Mathis and Cary Elwes. The film was a re-imagining of the 1951 novel of the same title by young adult novelist Madeleine L'Engle.She played the role of a teenage Heather Mason in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The film Silent Hill 3 was the sequel to Silent Hill. Based on the Silent Hill 3 survival horror game, the film was an inspiration for the video game Silent Hill 3. Clemens starred as Valentine Wannop the young suffragette Valentine Wannop. Clemens was a character as a character in Luke Evans' 2012 horror film No One Lives. She also was on screen in The Great Gatsby, based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel with the same title. The role she played was Catherine, the sister to Myrtle Wilson (Isla Fisher). Clemens is a part of Rectify 2013, a 2013 television miniseries produced by Ray McKinnon. She plays Tawney Telbot.
